What is 3Kids & Co.’s return policy?

You may exchange your products if they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags, along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and the return of goods to us.

If the return or exchange is due to 3Kids & Co.'s error, the return and shipping costs are covered.

If the error is due to another cause, the customer covers the shipping costs.

There are No Refunds.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transport and it is the customers responsibility to obtain a shipping label, a tracking number or to have properly insured the goods using a registered or special delivery service to return your goods to us.

Please remember that only product exchanges are made, no money is returned.

How much time do I have to return my item for an exchange?

You have 14 days from receipt of the merchandise to return the item to us, provided it complies with our returns policy.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

If a product you have purchased from us and you consider it defective, please contact Customer Service by email at info@3kidsco.com  The item must be returned with the original packaging and labels, proof of purchase, and a cover letter stating the fault and replacement request. Please note that substitutions will be subject to stock availability.

Once your item arrives at the warehouse, we reserve the right to send the products for independent testing of the suspected fault, which may take up to 14 working days.

If we deem the product to be defective, we will send you a replacement or refund the cost of the product and standard shipping charges. The refund may take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement and will be paid in accordance with the refunds section of our terms and conditions.

My order has been canceled

If your order has been cancelled, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement. Please wait until this time has passed and if your refund still does not appear in your bank account, contact Customer Service by email or phone.

Can I cancel or modify my order once I have placed it?

Once you have placed your order and received email confirmation from us, your order cannot be canceled or modified.

How long will it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

We request up to 15-30 business days to process returns and exchanges from receipt in our warehouse.
